I Can Take Wasabi Root (Horseradish)

In response to WordPress Daily Prompt: Ring of Fire: Do you love hot and spicy foods or do you avoid them for fear of what tomorrow might bring?

Generally speaking, I always avoid hot and spicy food. My stomach actually do pretty well with chilli and pepper in moderate amount. The problem is more on the bottom part when the food pass the next day.

One exception is Wasabi, a condiment usually served with Japanese Sushi and Sashimi. I love Wasabi, and the familiar hot nasal when I took too much of it

The fresh Wasabi is root of Wasabi plant. The root should be grated before taken with Sushi or Sashimi, and will lose taste very fast when exposed to air. The bottled Wasabi is better in term of simplicity, as it doesn’t lose taste that fast, and more convenient.
